Delta Infotech is an Australian company, based in Armstrong Creek, VIC. What changed and what didn't, below.
What changed
Delta Infotech now operates as part of Synectus, a group that also works out of India and the United States. That means more people and more tooling behind the work than a single-office shop can carry on its own, the kind of backup that matters when a site needs fixing outside business hours, or a build needs more than one person's time to hit a deadline.
In practice that's a second person who can look at something unusual, or step in on a build if someone's out sick or already committed to another job that week. Nobody you deal with day to day has changed. The difference sits behind them, not in front of you.
What didn't
The Armstrong Creek address, the phone number and the email on this site are the ones that reach the people doing the work. The focus hasn't moved either. It's still Australian trades and local business, still Victoria-first, not a shift to chasing whatever client will take on the biggest workload.
Delta Infotech has traded under this name since 2021, same ABN before Synectus and after. Most of the work is still Geelong and Melbourne. Victoria more broadly, and the rest of Australia, get picked up as it comes in. Not chased. It's still the same scope it always was: websites and Google presence for Australian trades and local business, nothing wider.
What the paperwork says
Delta Infotech Pty Ltd is a registered Australian company, ABN 87 651 729 850. That matters more than it sounds: it's the difference between a business you can look up and one you can't.
The domain does some of that work too. A .com.au is only issued by auDA to an Australian entity with an active ABN and a name that matches it, so it isn't something an overseas operator trading as a local business can simply register. Let the ABN lapse and auDA can cancel the domain along with it.
None of that is a rating or an award, just a registration requirement, and one you can check yourself: the ABN is public on the Australian Business Register, same as the company details sitting behind it.
The Armstrong Creek address itself sits inside the City of Greater Geelong, which is part of why Geelong is treated as home ground rather than one more suburb on a service list.
How the work is set up
Anything built for a client, whether that's a website, a Google Business Profile or something else, is registered in the client's name, not Delta Infotech's. If someone leaves, they take the domain and the content with them.
Nothing is held back to keep an account open, and there's no fixed term standing in the way of leaving. The arrangement runs month to month. That's the whole policy. It's the same whether it's a first job or a fifth year of them.
That covers the domain, the hosting, and a Google Business Profile if one's been set up, not just the website sitting on top of them. Leave, and it's the lot that goes, not just the easy parts.
